Worked closely and effectively with clients to develop a web enabled eligibility/claim inquiry and entry application. I was involved in all aspects of the development cycle. Responsibilities include architectural leadership for design and implementation of multiple portions of the application, business and technical specification design, as well as coordinating quality assurance and documentation unit support. Implemented significant performance gains for loading backend data into a SQL Server repository. Responsible for researching and prototyping new technologies and techniques to realize benefits of the latest innovations, achieve increased efficiency, and provide highest quality products. In addition to architect and development responsibilities I installs, maintains and supports an EDI translation tool for over 35 clients to ensure HIPAA compliance. Sole person responsible for ~35 clients with end to end solutions starting from business specification, moving to technical design, then code implementation, and followup support.
